About Sahar Rokah
Sahar rokah is the Developer of feeling connected - mindful somatic growth through bonding workshops, a Psychotherapist, and a mindfulness teacher.
Sahar graduated intense four years of the psychotherapy training program at 'Hakomi' approach for experiential mindful somatic psychotherapy, And she was an assistant in the training program, under the guidance of Dr. Keren Tzarfati.
Sahar graduated two years of the therapist training program at 'The Healing Bond' couple therapy based on EFT, and attachment theory for adults.
She completed training of MBSR and MBCT training programs for mindfulness teachers in evidence-based approaches at Reichman University, Herzliya, Israel, and Bangor University, England.
Since 2019, she has been training in the Somatic Experienceing method and is on her way to completing the full training.
Over the years, she has completed many additional professional training courses based on experiential approaches: AEDP, family constellation, and acquired knowledge on narcissistic psychopathic relationships and advanced trauma interventions, and Shadow work.
She specializes in the combination of somatic and mindful psychotherapy, attachment-focused therapy, trauma work, and curious exploration of unconscious core materials in the field of connection, and attachment with an emphasis on work with the nervous system.
Her approach is rooted in an integrative approach that offers a model for personal and couples healing and growth.
She is the creator of six digital courses and lectures on the topics of - mental resilience, feeling safety during challenging times, connection to resources, self-regulation, mindfulness, understanding attachment from childhood to adulthood romantic relationships, self-compassion, and mindful attachment practices for couples.
She has been practicing and walking on the Buddhist path since 2009, Over the years she practiced in dozens of retreats and courses and today she is a facilitator at the Vipassana Association 'Tovna'.
She is part of the teacher's team at 'Todaa Bria', and teaches trauma-sensitive mindfulness and Mindful attachment and regulation skills. Over the past decade, she has taught hundreds of people in over 70 weekly courses and workshops.
Registered Psychotherapist in the Israeli Multidisciplinary Association for Psychotherapy.
Located and working in Lisbon, Portugal, her clinic is online and in person.
